Our Story
Founded in 2011 by Kurtis Connell, the company was built on a foundation of hard work, honesty, and a commitment to doing the job right. Kurtis was inspired by his father, Bill, who ran Bill's Excavating and instilled in him the importance of integrity, dedication, and quality—lessons that continue to help guide him today.
Bill still advises the company, sharing his experience and insight as Kurtis, his sister Charlotte Bedore, and recently welcomed heavy civil professional and family friend Tye Eastman lead a growing, close-knit team.
Together, they take a creative and proactive approach to every project, while cultivating a strong safety-first culture. Every job reflects the care, reliability, and quality workmanship that come from a combination of family legacy, practical experience, and a dedication to doing things the right way.
